Why is
Barter-e.com
different from other e-currency exchangers?
Barter-e
warranties a high level of privacy and doesn't communicate any personal
information or transaction to a third party.
What is the minimum amount of e-currency to buy, sell or exchange?
The minimum to buy e-currency is 200 USD.
What methods of payment do you accept?
The three methods for buying or selling
e-currencies from Barter-e.com
are Western Union, Credit Card and Bank Wire.
How long do you need to process my transaction?
To buy e-currencies, we fund your account within 12 working hours after
receiving your payment in one of our bank accounts. To sell
e-currencies, you will receive your money within 2 working days
depending on the methods of payment you choose.
Can I cancel a transaction?
We show ourselves flexible for all
cancellation requests. We apply no cancellation fees,but the fees
depending on a third party (such as the e-currency providers or the
financial institutions) will be on your charge.
Can I place the order to buy e-currency over the phone and pay by
credit card?
No, all orders must be placed on the website.
Can I invest my money with you?
How much do you pay on investment?

How do I open an account with you to buy e-gold
and other e-currencies?
You do not need an account with us to do that. Just
use the buy and
sell forms to place the orders.
I have submitted the order to fund my e-currency
account and made the payment. More then 24 hours
later my account is still not funded. What is the
problem?
The delay could be caused by several reasons, such
as: the funds hasn’t arrived to our account yet.

fees, why is that?
Please check our fees and charges . Also, in case
of e-gold, the value of
your account may fluctuate
due to the changes of the gold prices on the World
